How Mentoring Sessions Work

Contact me for an initial 30 minute complimentary Discovery Call here.
This Zoom call will help me to get a sense of what you’re looking for, as well as help you to get a sense of who I am & if what I offer is for you.
I offer both 60- & 90-minute sessions via Zoom. After our first meeting, I'll recommend a number of sessions based on your specific needs & goals. You'll always have the final say in what works best for you.
Fees are as follows:
30 minute Discovery Call: No fee
60 minute session: $55
90 minute session: $80
Each mentoring relationship is unique & customized—there's no one-size-fits-all approach.
Clients come with diverse needs —
Some seek clarity about their purpose, others feel stuck with marketing decisions, & many need help defining their offerings or choosing where to focus their energy.
Some struggle with imposter syndrome ("Who am I to do this?"), while others grapple with pricing their spiritually oriented services.
All sessions are meant to help you in your business, as well as align with anything in between that might bubble up during sessions be it spiritual, emotional, etc.

Naomi Rose is a book developer & creative midwife.
In her own words, she “guides women over 50, healers, creatives, & spiritual seekers to unearth their gifts & give them to the world in the form of a book.”

Naomi became a client after having worked over the years with multiple business coaches & guides, both online & through SCORE volunteers. Though they were all experts in one way or another, she shared, ”None of them really got who I am. This left me to my own devices, trying to make myself follow their scripts — join Facebook groups, further define my ‘brand,’ & so on. Eventually, I would just lose heart & stop working with them, seeing their approach to my situation as further proof that ‘I’m just not good at marketing, & I don’t even really want to do it’.”
After our first session, I sensed that while Naomi was no stranger to listening to her clients, she wasn’t fully used to being listened to by others around her work in a way that was meaningful & helpful to her. Just as importantly, she wasn’t listening to, or trusting, herself.
Through our sessions together, I asked careful, considered questions around what she felt was holding her back in her work in general & her outreach efforts in particular. Out of that came some revelatory answers for her to contemplate on her own & for us together to use to guide her way forward in a way that she could get behind wholeheartedly.
So what changed for Naomi in working this way?
She didn’t feel squished into a template or a spreadsheet of “to-dos” at the expense of her own authenticity. Why? Because we intentionally paid respectful attention to who she was, where I listened to the underlay of what she was really saying & where old stories & wounds were tripping her up. Out of that she deconstructed her conviction that she must turn herself into someone she was not in order to get her business & herself out in the world. Together, we aligned a few efforts with who she really is. The result?

In process with a website professional to rework & enhance her website for a better user experience, with updated content & offerings. Hiring a web developer has given her some much-longed-for freedom to work on the creative aspects of growing her offerings — along with her revenue & reach.
Launching three new group offerings in January 2025, thus stepping more fully into group work, an area she’s been resistant to embrace fully. While still staying within her “safe” comfort zone of 1:1 client work, Naomi is now moving into a “one to many” approach.
Even more confident about her deeper purpose & eager to bring the work out in a way that will speak to her ideal clients & will also be true to who she is, to her being.

Details About The Meet-UP Membership Community

This is a paid online membership community for spiritual entrepreneurs — including healers, creatives, interfaith chaplains, etc.
“Doors” open for enrollment twice a year.

We gather biweekly on Zoom for about 2 hours. Each meet-up includes a check-in, a centering practice, dedicated work time, an optional reporting in, as well as time for questions to tap into the group’s wisdom. Before departing, each member is asked to make a list of items they will commit to working on in between Meet-UPs, which they are encouraged to share with the facilitator for added (compassionate) accountability.
